MAGNET MOTOR CONSTRUCTION PLAN: A New Approach to Magnetic-Assisted Rotary Power Generation
The MagTorque Generator Prototype is an original experimental engineering project developed to investigate how carefully arranged permanent magnets can contribute to continuous rotary motion for driving an electrical generator.
The prototype features a dual-disc rotor with strategically positioned permanent magnets that interact with stationary repelling magnets. A key innovation is its dead-center compensation design, intended to help the rotor move smoothly through positions where magnetic forces might otherwise reduce the available torque.
Preliminary testing has demonstrated sustained rotation while driving a coupled generator under the tested conditions. The project is currently undergoing further evaluation to quantify its performance, efficiency, and long-term operating characteristics through rigorous experimental testing.
The vision of the MagTorque project is to advance magnetic-assisted rotary technology through engineering, scientific investigation, and collaboration with researchers, universities, industry, and government institutions.
Note: Construction plan only includes Magnet Motor design and construction, A Generator is not included to the construction plan. Customers can couple their own generator to their constructed magnet motor.
Innovation begins with curiosity. Progress is achieved through careful experimentation and evidence.
